RETURN & REFUND POLICY

STEP 1: CHECK RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Before initiating a return, please ensure your product meets our eligibility criteria and gather all required information.

  • Standard Returns: Within 7 days of delivery for all eligible returnable products.

  • Damaged/Defective Products: Within 3 days of delivery (strict deadline).

Required Information to Submit:

  • Order Number: Provide the complete order number (found in your order confirmation email).

  • Reason for Return: Specify the exact reason (e.g., wrong size ordered, product defective, product not as described, etc.).

  • Photos/Video of the Product:   

  • For damaged or defective items, this is mandatory.

  • Attach clear, high-quality photos showing the complete product, the issue/defect, and the packaging.

  • An unboxing video is highly recommended for all orders and mandatory for defective claims (see Step 2).

How to Submit Your Return Request: Visit our Customer Support & Contact page and fill out the return request form with all required information. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide detailed instructions.

STEP 2: Return Policy for Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Products

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we have a specific verification process to ensure we can resolve your issue quickly and fairly.

Step 2A: Create a 360-Degree Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

  • o protect our customers from fraudulent claims and ensure you receive a fair resolution, a clear 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory to process any damaged, defective, or wrong product claim.

  • The video must start recording before opening the package.

  • The video must be continuous (no cuts or edits) and clearly show the shipping label, the opening of the package, and the product from all angles, highlighting the defect or issue.

  • Important: We strongly advise all customers to film this video upon receiving any order. Requests for defective items submitted without this mandatory video evidence may not be approved.

Step 2B: Get Approval from Our Team

  • Our quality control team will carefully review your return request, photos, and mandatory unboxing video within 24-48 hours.

  • If approved, we will email you detailed instructions to proceed with the return.

Step 2C: Send the Product Back

  • Pickup Service: We offer free pickup service for defective item returns from most pincodes across India.

  • If Pickup is Unavailable: If our pickup service is not available in your area, you will be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse using a trackable courier.

  • Please share a copy of the courier receipt with us at care@kharidosa.com. We will reimburse your return shipping charges along with your full refund. You will not be charged any fees for returning a defective or wrong item.
