We ensure timely processing, clear charges, reliable tracking and dependable support — every order, every time. To guarantee maximum efficiency and zero logistical waste, all orders are processed under a strict 100% Prepaid model. Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly unavailable.
1. Pan-India Standard Shipping
We ship exclusively to 23 verified States and Union Territories across India. KharidoSa® enforces a strict Minimum Order Value (MOV) of ₹349 per order to maintain logistics efficiency.

Below ₹349: Checkout is automatically blocked (Below MOV).

₹349 to ₹598: A flat standard shipping charge of ₹49 applies.

₹599 and above: FREE Standard Shipping.

₹999 and above: Additional 10% auto-discount. (Please Note: This discount applies strictly to select, eligible "extra discount" products like Accessories, Socks and Handkerchiefs. It does NOT apply to the entire website or all items in your cart).

Serviceability Check: We currently deliver to thousands of active pincodes across our 23 regions. Pincode serviceability is verified in real-time at checkout. If your location is outside our courier network, the system will securely notify you before payment.
2. EXCLUSIVE: Jodhpur Same-Day Delivery
Customers located within our 21 serviceable Jodhpur pincodes can request an urgent, same-day dispatch via Rapido/Porter. This is a premium, third-party on-demand service. The standard "Free Shipping above ₹599" offer DOES NOT apply to the local rider's delivery fare (Because this is an urgent, quick-delivery service, the customer bears this extra on-demand fare).

If you pay online without prior confirmation and a rider is unavailable, your order will be cancelled & refunded to your source account within 2–5 business days.
Paying the Delivery Fare
You only pay for the product online at checkout (100% Prepaid). The delivery fare is paid directly to the rider:

Option A (You Book): Once we confirm your order is packed via WhatsApp, you can book your own Rapido/Porter pickup from our warehouse to your location.

Option B (We Book): We will arrange the Rapido/Porter pickup from our warehouse. You must pay the exact delivery fare to the rider via Cash or UPI upon arrival.
Cutoff Times & Liabilities
* 7:00 PM IST Cutoff: Same-day requests must be confirmed and packed before 19:00 IST. Orders placed after this cutoff will move to the next operational day.

Rider Rejection Penalty: If a Rapido/Porter rider arrives and you decline to pay the delivery fare, or if you are unreachable, the package returns to our warehouse and a ₹100 logistics penalty will be deducted from your product refund.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch Operations
At KharidoSa®, we operate with zero logistical waste. Because we run a strict 100% Prepaid model, order processing commences immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

Operating Hours: Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding National and State public holidays.

Dispatch SLA: We guarantee that all standard Pan-India orders are processed, quality-checked and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receipt.

Origin Node: Every package is shipped directly from our primary fulfillment center in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Peak Operations: During major festive seasons or due to unforeseen force majeure events, processing timelines may be subject to minor delays.
4. Delivery Timelines & Tracking

Standard Pan-India orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days post-dispatch (excluding Sundays & holidays).

Live tracking coordinates are pushed automatically via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp the moment your order is handed to our courier partners. You can monitor your shipment 24/7 via our "Track Your Order" portal.
5. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders
Our courier partners will execute up to two (2) delivery attempts. If an order remains undelivered after two attempts due to customer unavailability or rejection, it will trigger a Return to Origin (RTO).

For all RTO/undelivered orders, you will receive a refund of the order amount minus a ₹100 logistics penalty for shipping and handling.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages: Inspect your package carefully before accepting delivery. Do not accept packages that are visibly open, tampered with, or crushed. If you receive a damaged product, report it within 48 hours of delivery via our "Customer Support" page. You must provide your Order ID and clear photos of the damage.

Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost in transit after an official investigation with our courier partner, a full 100% refund (with zero deductions) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
7. Declaration & Customer Support
By placing an order on KharidoSa®, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood & accepted this Shipping & Delivery Policy, that your provided address is accurate, and that you are the authorized recipient.
