Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days of receipt.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive Email and SMS/WhatsApp updates with tracking details.

You can track your order anytime via our "Track Your Order".

If any issue arises, our team will contact you within 24 hours.

Shipping & Delivery Coverage

India-Wide Delivery: We ship to selected pincodes across all of India. Our coverage includes most major cities and towns.

International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must be for delivery within India.

Serviceable Pincodes: We are continuously expanding our reach. However, if your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners, your order will be automatically cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
Shipping Charges

FREE Shipping is available on all orders above ₹599.

A standard shipping charge of ₹50 applies to all orders below ₹599.

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 2–7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). This timeframe may vary based on your delivery location, with remote areas potentially taking longer.

Trusted Couriers: We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe handling and on-time delivery.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are sent via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp as soon as your order is shipped.

You can track your package directly on our "Track Your Order" using your Order ID or tracking number.

Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts for each order.

If an order remains undelivered after two attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.

For all undelivered orders, you will receive a refund of the order amount minus a ₹100 fee for shipping and handling.

The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages: Please inspect your package carefully before accepting delivery. Do not accept packages that are open, tampered, or damaged. If you receive a damaged product, report it within 2 days of delivery by submitting a request via our "Customer Support & Contact "page. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the damage.

Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost in transit after investigation with the courier, a full refund (with no deductions) will be issued. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

By placing an order on KharidoSa®, you acknowledge and agree to the following: You have read, understood, and accepted our "Shipping & Delivery Policy". The shipping address provided is accurate and correct. You are the authorized recipient of the order.
