SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Order Processing

  • We process orders Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • We aim to process and ship orders within 1 - 2 days of receipt.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

  •  We will also send you updates on the status of your order via email and SMS or WhatsApp.

  • If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

  • Please note " that we endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible, but during busy times or due to unforeseen circumstances processing times may vary.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver to all major cities and towns in India., ensuring timely delivery through reliable courier services. 

  • International shipping not available yet .

  • Our warehouse is located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, and we deliver to all major cities and towns.

  • Delivery times vary based on location, with possible delays in remote areas.

  • Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders to non-serviceable areas by our courier partners.

Shipping Charges

  • However, we offer "FREE SHIPPING" on orders above ₹599.

  • Our standard "shipping charge" is ₹50.

  • "COD" (Cash on Delivery) is not available right now.

Delivery Time

  • "Standard Delivery"  Get your orders delivered within " 3-7 business days" (excluding Sundays and holidays). Our reliable shipping services ensure timely arrival of your packages, so you can enjoy your purchases without delay.

Order Tracking 

  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.

  • You can track your order on the courier's website using the tracking number provided.

  • We will also keep you updated on the status of your order via email - SMS and WhatsApp .

  • For further tracing details, submit a request through our Customer Support page.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make up to two attempts to deliver your order.

  • If the order is not delivered after two attempts, it will be returned to us.

Undelivered Orders

  • If your order is not accepted or is undelivered, we will refund the order amount minus ₹100 (shipping and order handling costs).

  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment mode.

  • Refund processing time: 5-10 working days. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, please read the "Refund Policy page." for more information on refunds.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Package :

  • Contact Us: If your package is damaged, please submit a request through our Customer Support Page within 2 days of delivery."

  • Provide   : order number, photos, and damage description. Inspect package before accepting reject if open or tampered . "Do not accept damaged packages".

  • Lost Packages :

  • We investigate with courier partner.

  • Full refund for lost packages, no deductions No shipping / handling charges.

  • Refund processing: full amount credited within 5-10 working day.

Return Policy for Defective Products

Step 1 : Create a 360-degree unboxing video

  •  Show the problem of the defective product in a clear 360-degree unboxing video

  •  This video is required to process your return request

Step 2 : Get approval from our team

  • Our dedicated team will review your return request and video

  • If approved, we will provide instructions to proceed with the return

Step 3 : Send the defective product

  • Please send the defective product back to our warehouse

  • We offer pickup for most pincodes

  • If pickup service is not available, customer is responsible to send the package to our warehouse

  •  We charge ₹50 for this, and customer pays additional charges

Declaration : By placing an order on KharidoSa, you acknowledge and agree to the following. You have read, understood, and accepted our "Shipping and Delivery Policy". The shipping address provided is accurate and correct. You are the authorized recipient of the order.
