1. SECTION : INTRODUCTION

1.1   Hello "KharidoSa ®", Welcome to our "Terms and Conditions" We are glad you are here. This document explains what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. When we say "us", "we", or "KharidoSa ®", we mean Mamta Residences in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, the registered owner of the "KharidoSa ®" trademark with registration in India under the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Our business is registered in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, with the name "Mamta Trading Company" and has a valid GST registration.
1.2  These "Terms and Conditions" apply when you. Place an order via our website

www.kharidosa.com and www.kharidosa.inUse our mobile application "KharidoSa ®" App.
1.3  Shop through our online marketplaces and social media platforms (Online).
1.4  Engage with us through trade and manufacturing channels (Trade and Manufacture)
1.5  By placing your order, you agree to be bound by these "Terms and Conditions". Please read and understand them before ordering.
1.6  To use and/or transact on the Online Store, you must.Be at least 18 years old or above. Have a valid email address.Have a delivery address in India. Be legally competent to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you're under 18, you may use and/or transact on the Online Store only with a parent or guardian's involvement.
1.7  By using "KharidoSa ®", you agree not to Harm or negatively impact our business, products, or services. Restrict or impair other users. Employ any device that impacts the site's security. 
We reserve the right to bar access and close the account of users who violate these provisions. 
1.8   "KharidoSa ®" sells its products directly through website  www.kharidosa.com and www.kharidosa.in. and "KharidoSa" aap. Authorized online marketplaces. Trade channels (collectively referred to as "Authorized Sales Channels") social media platforms (Online). We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for products proposed to be sold or offered on unauthorized websites, linked sites, unauthorized physical stores, or unauthorized trade channels.
1.9  We reserve the right to amend these Terms. The Terms you approve at the time of purchase will always apply for that particular purchase. Changes will be included in the latest published version of "The Terms in KharidoSa Online Store". Changes will be effective from the time you accept the Terms, i.e., in connection with making a new purchase.

2. SECTION : DEFINITIONS

   For the purpose of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below : 
2.1 "KharidoSa ®" , "we", or "us" refers to the online store and marketplace platform, trade and operated by "Mamta Trading Company", with its principal place of business at :

2.2 "User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses "KharidoSa ®", including but not limited to buyers, sellers, and browsers.
2.3 "Platform" means the "KharidoSa ®" website, mobile application, and any other digital platforms operated by "KharidoSa ®".
2.4 "Services" means the services offered by "KharidoSa ®", including but not limited to online marketplace services, payment processing, and customer support.
2.5 "Products" means the goods and services listed on "KharidoSa ®" for sale or exchange.
2.6 "Seller" means a User who lists Products for sale on "KharidoSa ®"
2.7 "Buyer" means a User who purchases Products on "KharidoSa ®"
2.8 "Account" means a User's account on "KharidoSa ®" , which enables them to access and use KharidoSa's Services.
By using "KharidoSa ®" , "we", or "us" interchangeably, this definition clarifies that these terms refer to the same entity, which is the online store and marketplace platform operated by "Mamta Trading Company".

3. SECTION : USER ACCOUNTS

3.1  Account Registration - To access and use KharidoSa's Services, Users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including- Name, Email, addres, Phone number,  Password, Other information as required by "KharidoSa ®"
3.2   Account Verification - "KharidoSa ®" will verify User accounts through - Email confirmation, Phone verification - Other means to ensure account security and prevent fraud.
3.3  Account Management -Users are responsible for - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, Keeping passwords secure and confidential, Monitoring account activity and reporting suspicious behavior, "Complying with KharidoSa's policies and guidelines." Updating account information promptly in case of changes
3.4  Account Types - "KharidoSa ®" offers different account types, including : Buyer accounts for purchasing Products, Seller accounts for listing and selling Products, Business accounts for registered businesses and organizations. 
3.5  Account Suspension or Termination - "KharidoSa ®" reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts for : Violating KharidoSa's policies or guidelines, Engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activity, Failing to maintain accurate account information. Inactivity or abandonment of accounts, Non-compliance with ecommerce policies and guidelines.

4. SECTION : PRODUCT INFORMATION

   At "KharidoSa ®", we strive to provide our customers with accurate and complete product information. We understand the importance of transparency and clarity in ecommerce, and we make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions are reliable and trustworthy.
4.1 Product Descriptions - We take great care in preparing detailed and accurate product descriptions, including: product features and specifications, materials and components used, dimensions and weight, colour and design options, product condition (new, used, refurbished, etc.)
4.2 Product Images : We provide high-quality product images that accurately represent the product, including: multiple angles and views, zoom functionality for detailed inspection, images of product packaging and labelling (where applicable)
4.3 Product Variations : When a product has multiple variations (for example, size, colour, style), we ensure each variation is clearly described and illustrated, including: different product titles and descriptions for each variation, clear labelling of variation options (for example, "Size: Small", "Colour: Red")
4.4 Product Availability : This includes: a clear display of prices, including taxes and shipping costs (where applicable). Any discounts, promotions or special offers are clearly stated. By providing accurate and complete product information, we aim to empower our customers to make informed purchasing decisions and build trust in our brand.

5. SECTION : PAYMENT TERMS

  At "KharidoSa ®", we offer various payment methods to ensure a convenient and secure checkout experience for our customers.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods - We accept the following payment methods : Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.), Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, etc.), Net banking (leading banks in India), UPI (Unified Payments Interface), 
5.2  Payment Terms and Conditions- Payment terms are subject to change, and it's the customer's responsibility to stay updated. By placing an order, you agree to pay for all products ordered through our website. The order value will be debited from the associated bank account at the time of checkout.
5.3 Payment Options Not Available : "We do not offer EMI " (Equated Monthly Installment) options. "We do not offer COD" (Cash on Delivery) options.
5.4  Receipt and Tax Invoice - You will receive your receipt/GST invoice in the order delivered email. You will also receive a physical copy of the receipt/GST invoice in the order package delivered to you.
5.5  Consent and Agreement - By using our platform, you consent to our "Payment Policy", "Privacy Policy", and "Terms and Conditions". Our policies govern payment processing, personal information usage, and order receipt/tax invoice distribution. These terms are in accordance with Indian law and regulations.
5.6 Payment Processing and Security- For more information on payment processing, security, and refunds, please read our "Payments Policy". Payment processing may involve third-party payment gateways and payment processors. "KharidoSa ®" shall not be liable for any payment-related issues arising from third-party payment gateways or payment processors. 
5.7 "KharidoSa ®" shall not be liable for any payment-related issues arising from third-party payment gateways or payment processors.
5.8 Acknowledgement- By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our "Payments Policy or Terms".

  At KharidoSa ®'s "Shipping and Delivery" policies, available on our website, outline our efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur, and you agree to provide accurate shipping information, as detailed in our "Shipping Policy", which governs all shipments, and by using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the "Terms and Conditions", and KharidoSa's "Shipping and Delivery Policy" ensures timely and efficient order arrival, with processing within 1 -2 days , "Free Shipping" on orders above ₹599, and delivery within 3-7 business days, as outlined on our "Shipping and Delivery Policy page", for more information, please refer to our "Shipping and Delivery Policy page".

7. SECTION : RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE

   KharidoSa ®'s policies, available on our website, outline the conditions and procedures for returning or exchanging products, and by using our platform, you agree to follow these procedures, acknowledge that returns and refunds are subject to certain conditions, and understand that for more information, please refer to our :
7.1  "Return and Refund Policy" : Governing all returns and refunds, including eligibility, timeframe, and process, where we offer a flexible return policy for returnable products, with refunds processed within 5-10 working days, and exceptions made for damaged/defective products, wrong product delivery, or product not as described.
7.2  "Exchange Policy" : "We currently do not have an Exchange Policy" in place. All returns will be processed as refunds, and customers can place a new order for the desired product.Outlining the conditions and procedures for exchanging products, including eligibility and process.

7.3 "Non-Returnable Products Policy" : Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns, potential wear, or customization, including :  Socks and Hosiery, Undergarments and Lingerie, Shapewear and Intimate Apparel, Handkerchiefs and Towels, Hair Accessories etc.

8. SECTION : WARRANTY & LIABILITY 

  At "KharidoSa ®", we strive to provide high-quality products, but we also need to outline our warranty and liability terms to ensure a clear understanding of our responsibilities and limitations.
8.1 Warranty Terms -We offer a limited warranty on certain products, as specified on the product page or packaging. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery and lasts for the specified duration. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
8.2 Liability Limitations - We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by third-party products or services.
8.3 Disclaimers - We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that our products will meet your specific needs or expectations. We are not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions or images.
8.4 Limitation of Liability and Indemnification - "KharidoSa ®" makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and currency of information in our Online Store, but we do not guarantee. Accuracy, completeness, or currency of information,  Product descriptions, measurements, and colors (which are approximate and may vary). Compliance with manufacturer warranties or guarantees. We disclaim all representations and warranties, express or implied, regarding .  Accuracy, completeness, and up-to-dateness of content. Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of products.We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to. Use of our website, services, or products. Defects or malfunctions in products.  Delays or failures in delivery due to unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control. Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the Online Store shall be limited to the total price of your order. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless "KharidoSa ®" and its affiliates against third-party claims.
This limitation of liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising herefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

9. SECTION : INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 9.1  Registered Trademark : "KharidoSa" is a Registered Trademark (®) of Mamta, Jodhpur, Raj. (owner Name), registered with the Government of India, Intellectual Property Office. This trademark is a valuable asset and an important part of our brand identity.
9.2  Ownership and Protection : All content on the "KharidoSa ®" (www.kharidosa.com) website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, software, audio, and video files, is owned by Mamta, Jodhpur, Raj. (owner Name) and protected by Indian copyright laws.
9.3  User-Generated Content : Any user-generated content posted on the website is solely your responsibility. By using our platform, you assign all intellectual property rights in such content to Mamta, Jodhpur, Raj. (owner Name) and agree to our Intellectual Property Policy.
9.4  Prohibited Activities : You agree not to use our trademark or content without prior written consent, infringe on our intellectual property rights or those of others, or post or distribute content that violates our Intellectual Property Policy.

10. SECTION : USER CONDUCT

10.1  Expected Behavior : Users of "KharidoSa ®" are expected to - Act honestly and in good faith in all interactions on the platform. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.  Respect the rights and dignity of other Users, sellers, and third parties. Use KharidoSa ® 's Services for lawful purposes only. Provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles and interactions.

10.2  Prohibited Activities : Users must not - Post or transmit false, inaccurate, or misleading information.  Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior, including scams, phishing, or spoofing. Harass, abuse, or threaten other Users or third parties. Infringe on intellectual property rights or proprietary information. Use KharidoSa ®'s Services for unauthorized or malicious purposes. Spam, phish, or distribute malware or viruses. Violate KharidoSa's policies, guidelines, or terms of use. Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or harmful behavior.
10.3  Consequences of Misconduct : ""KharidoSa ®"  reserves the right to - Suspend or terminate User accounts for misconduct. Remove or edit offending content. Report misconduct to law enforcement or relevant authorities. Take legal action against Users for violating "KharidoSa ®'s" policies or applicable laws.
10.4  Reporting Misconduct : Users can report misconduct or violations to KharidoSa ®'s customer support team. Reports will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken.

11. SECTION : GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

11.1   Purpose : "KharidoSa ®" is committed to providing a fair, efficient, and transparent process for resolving customer complaints and grievances, in accordance with our Terms of Use, : "Privacy Policy", and other applicable policies.
11.2 Scope : This policy applies to all customers, sellers, and Users of KharidoSa ®'s Services, as defined in our User Agreement.
11.3   Grievance Redressal Process  1. Complaint Submission : Customers can submit complaints via email : care@kharidosa.com,  whatsapp: 91 88298 90901 or through KharidoSa ®'s website (via Contact Us page).
2.  Acknowledgement : "KharidoSa ®" will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours, as per our Response Time commitment.
3.  Investigation : "KharidoSa ®" will investigate the complaint and respond with a resolution or update within 3 - 7 working days, as per our Resolution Time commitment.
4.  Escalation : If the customer is not satisfied with the resolution, they can escalate the complaint to KharidoSa's Grievance Officer Harshvardhan, email : vanityharsh@gmail.com
5. Resolution : KharidoSa's Grievance Officer will review and resolve the complaint within 10 working days, as per our Escalation Resolution Time commitment.
11.4   Complaint Resolution :  "KharidoSa ®" will resolve complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner, in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy, and other applicable policies. If the complaint is found to be valid, KharidoSa will take appropriate action, including refunds, replacements, or other remedies.

12. SECTION : CHANGES TO T&C

12.1  Notification of Changes :  "KharidoSa ®" reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions (T&C) at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on  KharidoSa ®'s website.
12.2  Effective Date of Changes : The effective date of changes will be specified at the top of this page, indicating when the changes were last updated.
12.3  User Acceptance : Continued use of KharidoSa's Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified 'T&C'. If you do not agree to the changes, you should immediately stop using our website.
12.4  Notification Methods :  "KharidoSa ®" may notify Users of significant changes to T&C through : Email notification to registered email addresses. (it is not compulsory)
12.5  User Responsibility : Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these T&C for updates and changes.
12.6  Material Changes : In the event of material changes to T&C,  "KharidoSa ®"  will provide Users with : A summary of the changes. A clear explanation of the impact of changes. A reasonable period to review and accept the changes.
12.7  Dispute Resolution : If you disagree with the changes, please contact KharidoSa's Grievance Officer within 15 days of the effective date.

13. SECTION : SEVERABILITY

   In the event that any provision of these"T&C" is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This means that if a court or other authority determines that a particular provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be removed from the Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions will continue to be binding and enforceable.
13.1  Separation of Invalid or Unenforceable Clauses : If any provision is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be severed from the "T&C".  The remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.  The severed provision will be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that achieves the same purpose, if possible.  The severability of a provision will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
13.2  Governing Law and Jurisdiction : These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.  Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.  The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, and waive any objections to such jurisdiction.
13.3  No Waiver :  The failure of KharidoSa ® to enforce any provision of these "T&C" will not be deemed a waiver of such provision.  No waiver of any provision will be effective unless in writing and signed byKharidoSa ®.
  By using KharidoSa ®, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Severability clause. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team.

14. SECTION : GOVERNING LAW 

These "Terms and Conditions", and any disputes arising from them, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. This means that the laws of India will apply to any issues related to the use of KharidoSa, and any disputes will be resolved through the Indian legal system.
14.1  Applicable Laws and Regulations : The "T&C" will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to : The Indian Contract Act, 1872,  The Information Technology Act, 2000, The Consumer Protection Act, 1986, The Competition Act, 2002.
14.2  Jurisdiction and Venue :  Any disputes arising from these "Terms and Conditions" will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.  The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, and waive any objections to such jurisdiction. 
14.3  Compliance with Laws : KharidoSa ® will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using KharidoSa ®.

15. SECTION : JURISDICTION

The courts with jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions are : 
- The District Court of Jodhpur, Rajasthan
- The High Court of Rajasthan, Jodhpur Bench

15.1   Exclusive Jurisdiction : The courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or related to these "T&C". Any legal proceedings shall be filed and heard in the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan only. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan and waive any objections to such jurisdiction.
15.2   Service of Process : Any process or summons in connection with any legal proceedings may be served on KharidoSa ® by : Hand delivery to our registered office address. Registered post to our registered office address. Email to our customer support email address.
15.3  Governing Law and Jurisdiction for Consumers : For consumers, the courts in their district or state of residence shall also have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these "T&C". The consumer may choose to file a complaint with the consumer court or forum in their district or state of residence.

16. SECTION : DISPUTE RESOLUTION

16.1   Purpose : KharidoSa ®  is committed to providing a fair and efficient dispute resolution process for resolving disputes arising from the use of our Services.
16.2   Scope : This policy applies to all Users, buyers, and sellers using KharidoSa's Services.
16.3  Dispute Resolution Mechanisms : KharidoSa offers the following mechanisms for resolving disputes :  Customer Support: Our customer support team will assist in resolving disputes related to orders, products, and services. Grievance Officer: Our Grievance Officer will address and resolve disputes related to T&C, policies, and grievances. Mediation : KharidoSa ® may offer mediation services to resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.  Arbitration: In case of unresolved disputes, KharidoSa may refer the matter to arbitration, as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 
16.4  Dispute Resolution Process : 1. Notification : The disputing party must notify KharidoSa's customer support or Grievance Officer about the dispute. 2. Acknowledgement: KharidoSa will acknowledge receipt of the dispute notification within 48 hours. 3. Investigation: KharidoSa will investigate the dispute and provide a resolution or update within 5 - 7 working days. 4. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved, the disputing party can escalate the matter to KharidoSa's Grievance Officer or seek mediation/arbitration.
16. 5 User Obligations : Users agree to : Cooperate with KharidoSa's dispute resolution process. Provide required information and documentation. Respect the dispute resolution mechanisms and processes.

17. SECTION : NOTICE

17.1   Methods of Notice : By hand delivery to the party's registered office address. By registered post to the party's registered office address. By email to the party's designated email address.
17.2 Requirements for Notice : Notices shall be in English. Notices shall clearly state the subject matter and purpose of the notice. Notices shall be signed by the party giving notice (or their authorized representative)
17.3  Notice Period : Notices shall be deemed to have been received : On the date of hand delivery. 5 working days after posting (for registered post) 1 working day after sending (for email)
17.4  Change of Address : Either party may change their registered office address or designated email address by giving notice to the other party in accordance with this section.
17.5 Customer Notice : For customers, notices may also be given by : Posting a notice on the KharidoSa website. Sending a notice through the KharidoSa mobile app. Including a notice with a shipment or delivery. Customers are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date to ensure receipt of notices.

18. SECTION : ASSIGNMENT

18.1 Assignment :  KharidoSa ® reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these "T&C" to any person or entity, including but not limited to : Affiliates, idiaries,  Third-party service providers, Business partners,  Successors, Such assignment or transfer may be made for various reasons, including but not limited to :  Business expansion, Restructuring, Change of control, Strategic partnerships,  KharidoSa ® shall notify customers of any assignment or transfer, and customers shall continue to be bound by these  "T&C".
18.2  Assignment by Customers :  Customers may not assign or transfer their rights and obligations under these "T&C"  without the prior written consent of KharidoSa ®.  Any attempted assignment or transfer without such consent shall be void and of no effect. Customers shall not sub-contract or delegate their obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of KharidoSa ®.
18.3  Novation :  KharidoSa ®  may novate its rights and obligations under these "T&C" to any person or entity, including but not limited to :  Affiliates, Subsidiaries,  Third-party service providers, Business partners, Successors :  Novation shall occur when KharidoSa ® transfers all its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to another party. The new party shall assume all rights and obligations of KharidoSa ® under these "T&C".
18.4  Change of Control :  In the event of a change of control of KharidoSa ®, including but not limited to : Merger,  Acquisition, Sale of assets,  Insolvency,  These Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply, and the assignee or transferee shall assume all rights and obligations of KharidoSa ® under these "T&C". Customers shall be notified of any change of control, and customers shall continue to be bound by these "Terms and Conditions".

19. SECTION : ENTIRE AGREEMENT

19.1 Comprehensive Nature :  These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other policy pages referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between "KharidoSa ®" and customers. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
19.2  No Other Terms Apply :  No other terms or conditions, including but not limited to those contained in any purchase order, invoice, or other document, shall apply to the relationship between "KharidoSa ®" and customers.  Customers "terms and conditions", if any, are expressly rejected.
19.3  Amendments and Modifications : "KharidoSa ®" reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of "KharidoSa ®" services or website after such amendments or modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
19.4  Severability : If any provision of these "T&C" is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that achieves the same purpose.
19.5  No Waiver :  Failure by "KharidoSa ®" to enforce any provision of these "T&C"  shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision.  No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless in writing and signed by "KharidoSa ®".

20. SECTION : FORCE MAJEURE

20.1 Definition of Force Majeure :  Force Majeure refers to any event or circumstance that is beyond the reasonable control of KharidoSa ®, including but not limited to : Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, hurricanes). Wars, riots, civil unrest, or terrorist attacks. Fire, explosion, or other catastrophic events. Government actions, regulations, or embargoes. Strikes, lockouts, or labor disputes. Power outages, internet connectivity issues, or other technical failures.  Epidemics, pandemics, or other public health crises. 
20.2  Effect of Force Majeure :  If KharidoSa ® is unable to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to a Force Majeure event, KharidoSa shall : Notify customers of the Force Majeure event. Take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of the Force Majeure event.  Resume performance as soon as reasonably possible. Customers shall not be entitled to claim damages or terminate these T&C to KharidoSa's failure to perform caused by a Force Majeure event.
20.3  Relief from Performance : If a Force Majeure event continues for more than 30 days,  KharidoSa ®may, at its option, terminate these T&C or suspend performance for an additional 30 days.
20.4  Notice and Communication :  KharidoSa ® shall provide customers with timely notice of any Force Majeure event and its expected duration. Customers shall cooperate with KharidoSa ® in mitigating the effects of the Force Majeure event.

22. SECTION : ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

22.1  Acceptance :  By using KharidoSa's services or website, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these T&C. Customers acknowledge that they have the authority to accept these T&C.
